This page states exactly what data this site collects, what we do with it, and how long we keep it. It describes nothing else, because the site does nothing else.
This English version is a courtesy translation. The French version is the only authoritative text, as these notices are governed by Beninese law.
Data collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry and your message. Your IP address and the time of submission are attached to the message we receive, solely to limit automated submissions.
Use
This information is used exclusively to handle your enquiry and reply to you. It is never sold, rented or passed to a third party, and is never used for marketing.
Retention
Messages received are kept for at most three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
No tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies, uses no analytics tool and loads no resource from a third-party server. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@orbitso.io. We answer within thirty days.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, together with its update date.
